• All orders are dispatched within 1 - 4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes 5 - 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

All orders are trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via SMS and email. You can use this code to monitor the real-time status of your shipment through the courier partner's website.

Correct Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of placing the order. ProArte will not be held liable for delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.
